Catherine Herrold, associate professor of public administration and international affairs in the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, has received the 2023 University of Maryland Do Good Institute and Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action (ARNOVA) Global Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership Award to explore citizen-led development initiatives in Serbia.
