CONCORD, Massachusetts, Feb. 9 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-New England District issued the following news release:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District received a permit application to conduct work in waters of the United States from Vermont Agency of Transportation in Barre, Vermont, for proposed work in the Missisquoi River, Charcoal Creek, five unnamed streams, and wetlands adjacent to these waterways and Lake Champlain off Vermont Route 78 in Swanton.
