TOLEDO, Ohio, Feb. 8 -- Owens Community College issued the following news release:
Owens Community College has been awarded $164,782 by the Ohio Department of Higher Education for mental health support funding. The grant will be distributed over two years.
The funds will go to achieving four goals: promoting the training and development of master's level counselors in training, providing professional development opportunities, promoting health and wellness as well . . .
