RALEIGH, North Carolina, Feb. 8 -- The North Carolina Department of the State Treasurer issued the following news release on Feb. 7, 2024:
Mecklenburg County voters approved a massive $2.5 billion bond package for school construction with 63% in favor of a public referendum on Nov. 7, 2023.
