WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 -- Sen. Mark Warner, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA), Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, released the following statement after Senate Republicans blocked a procedural vote on the bipartisan legislation to provide needed funding for Ukraine and address the situation at the U.S. southern border:
"Today's vote begs the question: are there any serious Republican legislators left? . . .
