CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Feb. 6 -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following news release on Feb. 5, 2024:
Virtual and in-person public comments may be made to the Public Service Commission of West Virginia on February 29 concerning a $37.2 million electricity rate increase proposal affecting 462,000 ratepayers.
