Rockville, MD -- Today, Congressman Jamie Raskin (MD-08) launched his annual Congressional Art Competition for Maryland's Eighth District. The competition invites high school students across the district to submit their original artwork for Congressional recognition and for the chance to see their art displayed in the United States Capitol.
