WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 -- The House Financial Services Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Inclusion issued the following testimony by Paul H. Kupiec, a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, involving a hearing on Jan. 10, 2024, entitled "Regulatory Whiplash: Examining the Impact of FSOC's Ever-Changing Designation Framework on Innovation." FSOC is the Financial Stability Oversight Council.
