WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 -- Rep. Abigail Spanberger, D-Virginia, issued the following news release on Feb. 1, 2024:
U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger today voted with a bipartisan majority of the U.S. House to increase the refundable Child Tax Credit (CTC) for Virginia families, cut red tape for small businesses, and help spur new affordable housing development.
The Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act would increase the refundable portion of the CTC to $1,80 . . .
