Acting Mass. U.S. Attorney: Boston Man Pleads Guilty to Unlawful Trafficking of Machinegun Conversion Devices

BOSTON, Massachusetts, Feb. 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts issued the following news release on Feb. 1, 2024:

A Boston man pleaded guilty today in federal court in Boston to illegally selling a dozen machinegun conversion devices.

Michael Wilkerson, 23, pleaded guilty to one count of engaging in the business as a manufacturer or dealer in firearms. U.S. District Court Judge Denise J. Casper scheduled sentencing for April 30, 2024. . . .
