DENVER, Colorado, Feb. 1 -- The Colorado Secretary of State issued the following news release:
Secretary of State Jena Griswold's priority legislation to criminalize fake electors schemes in Colorado has been introduced in the Colorado House of Representatives. When enacted, Colorado may be the first state in the nation to explicitly ban fake electors schemes thanks to this legislation.
