HARTFORD, Connecticut, Feb. 1 -- Connecticut Attorney General William Tong issued the following news release on Jan. 31, 2024:
Attorney General William Tong today joined a multistate coalition of 24 attorneys general in filing an amicus brief (https://portal.ct.gov/-/media/AG/Press_Releases/2024/23-235Amicus-Br-for-State-of-NY-et-al.pdf) in the U.S. Supreme Court defending access to medication abortion.
