WINOOSKI, Vermont, Feb. 1 -- Gov. Phil Scott, R-Vermont, issued the following news release on Jan. 31, 2024:
Governor Phil Scott was joined by Winooski Mayor Kristine Lott and other local and state leaders today to celebrate the overwhelming success of Winooski's TIF District which has led to more jobs, more housing, and an increase in the grand list and contributions to the state education fund.
