BOSTON, Massachusetts, Jan. 31 -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration's New England Division issued the following news release:
ORLANDO, Fla. - U.S. District Judge Carlos E. Mendoza has sentenced John David Horton (38, Georgia) to 10 years in federal prison for possession with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and 40 grams or more of a mixture containing fentanyl. Horton had pleaded guilty on September 11, 2023.
