WASHINGTON, Jan. 31 -- The Federal Housing Finance Agency issued the following news release:
U.S. house prices rose in November, up 0.3 percent from October, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) seasonally adjusted monthly House Price Index (HPI(R)). House prices rose 6.6 percent from November 2022 to November 2023. The previously reported 0.3 percent price increase in October remained unchanged.
For the nine census divisions, seasonally adjusted month . . .
