TRENTON, New Jersey, Jan. 31 -- New Jersey Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin issued the following news release on Jan. 30, 2024:

Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin and the Office of Public Integrity and Accountability (OPIA) today announced that Holtec International, a Camden-based energy technology company involved in the decommissioning of nuclear power sites, agreed to pay $5 million in penalties and retain an independent reviewer approved by the State to monitor future applic . . .
