Connecticut hedge fund mega-millionaire David McCormick was crowned this week's "biggest loser" by City and State Pennsylvania for admitting to an Ivy League crowd in New Hampshire that he is only "spending half [his] time in Pennsylvania" and the other half with "really wealthy people."
