TEXARKANA, Texas, Jan. 27 -- Southwestern Electric Power, an American Electric Power company, issued the following news release:
A Texarkana-area program with a remarkably unique therapeutic approach to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with special needs has been awarded a $25,000 grant from the AEP Foundation at the request of SWEPCO (Southwestern Electric Power Company).
