LAREDO, Texas, Jan. 27 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release on Jan. 26, 2024:
Today, Congressman Henry Cuellar, Ph.D. announced $271,290 in federal funding for the City of Laredo to complete electrical infrastructure upgrades. The funding comes from the Department of Energy's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program, created by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which Dr. Cuellar helped pass in 2021.
