LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Jan. 26 -- Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin issued the following news release on Jan. 25, 2024:

Following a guilty plea entered by Shaona Mizell, 52, of Paragould in Pulaski County Circuit Court on January 23, Attorney General Tim Griffin issued the following statement:
