EPA Fines Omaha Chemical Manufacturing Facility for Alleged Violations of Multiple Environmental Laws

LENEXA, Kansas, Jan. 25 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:

Chemical manufacturer Nox-Crete Inc. will pay a $37,026 civil penalty and install a fire suppression system to resolve alleged violations of the federal Clean Air Act, Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act at its facility in Omaha, Nebraska.
