ABILENE, Texas, Jan. 20 -- Texas State Technical College issued the following news:
The AEP Foundation has contributed $300,000 to The TSTC Foundation to provide scholarships for members of underserved and underrepresented populations to participate in Texas State Technical College's new Electrical Lineworker and Management Technology program in Abilene.
