JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Chief U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Corrigan has sentenced Elliott Dubenion (40, Jacksonville) to 5 years and 10 months in federal prison for distributing 40 grams or more of fentanyl. Dubenion had pleaded guilty on September 27, 2023.
