Congresswoman Kathy Manning (NC-06) voted to pass S. Amdt. to H.R. 2872, a continuing resolution (CR) to extend Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 government spending levels to avert a government shutdown.
This is the third CR that Congress has passed in the 118th Congress:
