JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Jan. 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release on Jan. 18, 2024:
Chief U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Corrigan today sentenced Elliott Dubenion (40, Jacksonville) to 5 years and 10 months in federal prison for distributing 40 grams or more of fentanyl. Dubenion had pleaded guilty on September 27, 2023.
