DENVER, Colorado, Jan. 19 -- The Colorado Senate Democrats issued the following news release on Jan. 18, 2024:
Senate Democrats today passed a resolution sponsored by Senate Majority Whip Julie Gonzales, D-Denver, and Assistant Majority Leader Faith Winter, D-Broomfield, recognizing the anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Roe v. Wade and calling for the right to an abortion to be enshrined in the Colorado Constitution.
