BANGOR, Maine, Jan. 18 -- The University of Maine System issued the following news release on Jan. 16, 2024:
Amid a critical affordable housing shortage in the state, a University of Maine System Board of Trustees committee today unanimously approved the sale of campus property in Bangor to enable the development of an affordable senior housing project.
