On Monday, Jan. 8, the SMU-led Texoma Semiconductor Tech Hub (TSTH) Consortium convened at Austin College to continue developing the group's application for up to $75 million in federal funds from the U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration (EDA).
