BISMARCK, North Dakota, Jan. 18 -- The North Dakota Democratic-NPL Party issued the following news release:
The North Dakota Democratic-NPL has announced that voters may now request a ballot for the Democratic Presidential Primary. Ballots can be requested at MRGballot.com.
Ballots will start being mailed out on February 20 and must be received by Saturday, March 30, 2024, at noon. Ballots requested before February 7 will go out on February 20, and requests after Februa . . .
