ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Jan. 12 -- The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development issued the following news release on Jan. 11, 2024:
The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) today announced nearly $1.4 million in grant funding to support economic development in two Minnesota towns where fossil fuel power plants recently closed.
Granite Falls ($750,000) and Fergus Falls ($640,250) received the grants from DEED's Community . . .
