WASHINGTON, Jan. 12 -- The National Republican Congressional Committee issued the following news:
California's number of locked up criminals is set to plummet by nearly one-third from 2020 to 2026.
Soft-on-crime policies enabled this and California crime is skyrocketing. 68 percent of criminals released from California prisons are arrested again within three years.
