WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and a bipartisan group of Senators called out Amazon for their mistreatment of delivery drivers. In the letter to Amazon CEO Andy Jassy, the senators requested information about the company's Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program and its efforts to avoid legal liability for the persistent mistreatment of DSP drivers.
