Today, the 11th U.S Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Ron DeSantis's suspension of former Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren violated the First Amendment and ordered a new hearing in federal court. In response, the Florida Democratic Party issued the following statement:
