Simpson Thacher represented Cinven in connection with the formation and raising of the Eighth Cinven Fund ("Fund 8"), which raised $14.5 billion and reached its hard cap. Fund 8 is nearly 30% larger than its 2019 predecessor fund, the Seventh Cinven Fund.
