CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Jan. 10 -- Gov. Jim Justice, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release on Jan. 9, 2024:
Gov. Jim Justice announced today that he has appointed JB Akers to the West Virginia House of Delegates 55th District, which serves Kanawha County, replacing Moore Capito, who resigned earlier this month.
