ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, Jan. 6 -- Gov. Wes Moore, D-Maryland, issued the following news release on Jan. 5, 2024:
Governor Wes Moore today announced the appointment of Sonia Cho as chair of the Maryland State Board of Contract Appeals. Bethamy Brinkley--who has served on the board for more than eight years and as chair since 2017--will continue to serve as a member on the board.
