WASHINGTON, Jan. 5 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:
LAREDO, Texas -- A Texas woman pleaded guilty for her role in a scheme to illegally transport hundreds of foreign nationals within the United States and conspiracy to launder proceeds of illicit human smuggling following an investigation conducted by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and federal and state law enforcement partners.
