CHEYENNE, Wyoming, Dec. 30 -- The Wyoming Judicial Branch issued the following news:

Governor Mark Gordon has appointed Robin Cooley to be a District Court Judge for the First Judicial District serving Laramie County. Cooley's appointment fills the vacancy left by the retirement of District Court Judge Thomas Campbell.

Cooley has served as Director of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services since 2019. She was appointed to the Wyoming Public Service Commission in 2 . . .
