The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (VDHCD) has awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to Bland County. This federally-funded grant, administered by VDHCD, will allocate $1,250,000 to Bland County for the Bland County Ministry Dental Clinic Project.
