WASHINGTON, Dec. 28 -- The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee issued the following news release on Dec. 27, 2023:
Late last night, the Albany County Supreme Court denied the Republican Party's motion for a preliminary injunction in their challenge to New York State's universal vote by mail law. Republicans have already appealed the decision.
