LANSING, Michigan, Dec. 23 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Dec. 22, 2023:
Today, Chadwick Mobley, 42, was bound over for trial on murder charges for the 2011 homicide of Andrea Eilber, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
In 2011, Eilber was shot in the head at the home of a relative in Lapeer. Evidence found at the scene was tested for DNA during the immediate investigation, and again in 2022 in a renewed effort . . .
