CLEAVELAND, Ohio, Dec. 23 -- Rep. Shontel Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release on Dec. 22, 2023:
Today, Congresswoman Shontel Brown (OH-11) attended the service celebrating the life of Di'Mesha Wright, a young woman who was shot and killed earlier this month. During the service, shots were fired outside the church, leading those inside to rush from their seats.
