PIERRE, South Dakota, Dec. 23 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release:
Governor Kristi Noem's "Freedom Works Here" nationwide workforce recruitment campaign has crossed two major thresholds since launching Round Two. More than 8,000 people have applied to move to South Dakota through "Freedom Works Here." And over 2,000 applicants have advanced to in the final stages of moving, and some of those individuals have already made the mov . . .
