WASHINGTON, Dec. 22 -- Rep. Bob Good, R-Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congressman Bob Good (VA-05) introduced the Rein in the EPA Act, which would protect small business owners across America from being burdened by unnecessary emissions reporting to Washington bureaucrats. The bill prohibits the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing the proposed rule entitled, "Revisions to the Air Emissions Reporting Requirements." . . .
