LANSING, Michigan, Dec. 22 -- The Michigan Democratic Party issued the following news release on Dec. 21, 2023:
This evening, the Chair of the Michigan Democratic Party Lavora Barnes released the following statement on the U.S. District Court Western District of Michigan ruling that declared 13 of Michigan's House and Senate districts unconstitutional and ordered them redrawn:
