LANSING, Michigan, Dec. 22 -- The Michigan Public Service Commission issued the following news release on Dec. 21, 2023:
The Michigan Public Service Commission has granted a certificate of public necessity to Indiana Michigan Power Co. (I&M) for a 245-megawatt solar energy facility along with related accounting measures requested by the utility (Case No. U-21377).
