WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Wiley Nickel, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Congressman Wiley Nickel (NC-13), Representative of the 13th District of North Carolina, will not run for Congress in 2024 after the North Carolina General Assembly passed a self-serving, extreme partisan gerrymander of the state's congressional map.
