NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Dec. 21 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management issued the following news release on Dec. 20, 2023:
As required by the Inflation Reduction Act, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) today held Gulf of Mexico Oil and Gas Lease Sale 261.
