CARSON CITY, Nevada, Dec. 20 -- Nevada Attorney General Aaron D. Ford issued the following news release on Dec. 19, 2023:
Attorney General Aaron D. Ford and a bipartisan group of 52 other attorneys general today announced a $700 million agreement with Google in their lawsuit about Google's anticompetitive conduct with the Google Play Store. Nevada is expected to receive approximately $800,000 as part of the settlement.
