AUSTIN, Texas, Dec. 20 -- The Lower Colorado River Authority issued the following news release:
Utopia Volunteer Fire and Rescue will install a rainwater catchment system and storage tank at the fire station and attached community building, thanks to a $19,320 grant from the Lower Colorado River Authority and Bandera Electric Cooperative.
